Platform Usage Data: pages visited, alert interactions, login timestamps, device type, IP address.

Payment Data: processed by third-party providers. We store only your plan details and billing history.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, GCP, Azure), Cloudinary for images, payment processors, and email providers. We may share data if required by Indian law.

Account data: until deletion plus 30 days. Security telemetry: 90 days rolling. Billing records: 7 years (Indian tax law requirement). Support communications: 2 years. Website analytics: 12 months.
7. How We Protect Your Data
All data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+). Passwords are hashed. Access restricted to team members who need it. Security monitoring applied to our own systems. If a breach occurs, we will notify you and relevant authorities under DPDP Act 2023.

Right to Access: request a copy of your data. Right to Correction: ask us to fix inaccurate data. Right to Erasure: request deletion (subject to legal retention rules).
